2. These terms
These terms apply to every order placed through this website. By placing an order you accept them. Please read them before ordering.
3. Placing an order
When you place an order you will receive an email acknowledging it. That acknowledgement is not acceptance of your order. A contract between us is formed only when we dispatch the goods and send you a dispatch confirmation.
We may refuse an order if the goods are unavailable, if we cannot obtain authorisation for payment, if there has been a pricing or description error, or if you do not meet our eligibility criteria.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and exclude delivery, which is added at checkout. We are not VAT registered and therefore do not charge VAT.
We take payment at the point of order. If a price is wrong we will contact you before dispatching and give you the choice of continuing at the correct price or cancelling.
5. Delivery
Delivery options, costs and timescales are set out on our Delivery page. We will deliver within 30 days of your order unless agreed otherwise. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
6. Cancellation and returns

7. Our products
Our products are food supplements. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Our products are not suitable for children, or for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you are taking prescribed medication, have a medical condition, or are unsure whether a product is right for you, consult your doctor or pharmacist before use. Always read the label and follow the recommended intake.
Product images are for illustration. Packaging and formulations may change, so always read the label on the product you receive rather than relying on the description on this site.
8. Age restriction
You must be 18 or over to order from this website.
9. International orders
If you are ordering from outside the United Kingdom, you are responsible for checking that the products may lawfully be imported into your country, and for paying any import duties or taxes.
10. Our liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any matter which it would be unlawful to exclude. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

All content on this website belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reproduced without our permission.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
13. Changes
We may change these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order is the version that applies to it.
