We want you to be happy with your order. This page explains your rights and how to return something to us.
Your right to cancel
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To cancel, email sales@vitashotfoodsupplements.co.uk with your order number and a note that you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
Products sealed for health and hygiene
Our products are food supplements, sealed for health and hygiene protection. If the seal has been broken, the product cannot be returned or refunded. Unopened products in their original sealed packaging can be returned in full.
What we refund
When you cancel and return unopened goods, we refund the price you paid for those goods, plus the standard delivery charge you paid on the original order. If you chose a faster delivery service than our cheapest option, we refund the cost of the cheapest option.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the goods back, and usually much sooner. We aim to process returns within 5 to 7 working days of receipt.
Return postage
For a change of mind cancellation, you pay the cost of returning the goods to us. We recommend using a tracked or signed for service, as we cannot refund items that do not reach us.
If your item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we pay the return postage. Contact us first and we will arrange it.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If something is wrong with your order, contact us as soon as you receive it and we will put it right. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you are entitled to reject faulty goods within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, and we will not ask you to cover any cost of doing so.
How to return an item
Email us first at sales@vitashotfoodsupplements.co.uk so we know to expect it. Then send the item, with one of the following enclosed, to the address below:
- your packing slip, or
- your order number, or
- your full name and the date you ordered
