We dispatch all orders from our base in Wolverhampton using Royal Mail. Orders placed before 1pm on a working day are normally dispatched the same day; orders placed later are dispatched the next working day.

All UK services require a signature on delivery.
International delivery
We ship worldwide. Costs depend on destination and weight, and are calculated at checkout. As a guide, European destinations start from £15 and destinations outside Europe from £20.
International orders typically arrive within 7 to 21 working days depending on destination and local customs processing. Any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.
Tracking your order
You will receive a dispatch email with your tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves us. If your order has not arrived within the expected window, email sales@vitashotfoodsupplements.co.uk with your order number and we will chase it.
If something goes wrong
We will always deliver within 30 days of your order unless we have agreed otherwise with you. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we will replace it or refund you.
